Question
i have a 2003 gmc envoy that i bought with no radio, the car came with a bose system, the amplifier is in the rear of the truck,i install a  non bose radio but i get no audio is there is any way that i can bypass the bose amplifier so i can use the radio wich it comes with its own ampifier,  THANK YOU

Answer
Luis,
You will need an adaptor that plugs onto the factory connector in the dash that went into the factory stereo. Next you will need a high level to low level adapter to connect the new stereo to so that you can connect your new stereo to the factory amp. You can also have your local GMC dealer make a print out of the stereo wiring for you so you can cut out the factory amp and connect the speaker wires together so that each speaker line/pair ends up with continuity at the factory stereo connector in the dash. contact me direct for more info about bypassing the amp in your vehicle.
