Audio Systems: car stereo, radio code, audi dealer

I just bought a "91"audi and the stereo says "safe" and doesn't work.  Can you help me.

Your stereo is in the protect/anti-theft mode. If you disconnect the battery the stereo will go into this mode. To make the stereo work again you will need to enter the correct access code. You can get the correct code from your local Audi dealer or off the web at radio-code.com
