Hello I got a auction bought 1989 Cadillac deville with the 4.5 and 122987 miles and the problem I got is that none of the electronic gages on dashboard work at all not even the radio,fuses are all good so what now

There may be more than one fuse panel on the car. Check your owners manual in the glove box. Have run into on wiring harnesses on tese older cars chewed up by rodents under the hood controling the instrument panel. If obvious is not found you need to get a factory service manual for the car from Ebay for diagnoses and repair.
