Cadillac Repair: 1968 cadillac, turn signals, coupe deville

my blinkers stopped working in my coupe deville i replaced both flashers but there still not working. i checked the fuses and there all good. please help!!!!

If the turn signals do not work does the hazard flashers work ?.
