Cadillac Repair: WINDSHIELD WIPERS, windshield wipers, e mail

90cadillac 4dr.sdn.fleetwood. changing windshield wipers (refils only)without incurring damages. positioning wipers,etc in normal position or on the windshield itself?. a rubber knob from the (refils) appears thru an opening in the "blades".which direction do you pull or push the refils from the blades? any information you wish to add? thanking you in advance.
