Cadillac Repair: cadillac 2004, cadillac cts, intake manifold

Question
How do I replace the air intake manifold on Cadillac CTS 2004? I can remove all the plugs except for the 1st one I can't get to it.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need  picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
