Cadillac Repair: electrical problem., throttle position sensor, volt ohm meter

Question
94 sedan deville 4.9 engine 4t60e trans was just rebuilt.  when I got it back, it  was shifting erratically and now stuck in 2nd.  Changed speed sensor and repaired wiring on 7 wire plug on front of transaxle. checked isc actuator and throttle position sensor.  When I clear codes it says codes cleared but they still show on display. when I try to reset shift adapts the number (pcm override ps13) menu only goes up to ps 11. Maybe related, brake lights don't work but bulbs are not burned out and aftermarket stereo is installed. codes are io52 ao11 0a12 and several ro codes.  I know the meaning of the codes being climate control airbag and ride suspension and only concerned with them as they pertain to the trans shift.

Answer
If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need a DIGITAL VOLT/OHM METER, Simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture. I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information necessary to fix your vehicle.
