Cadillac Repair: 1995 el dorado, radiator fan, head gasket

my car started over heating so I replaced the radiator,it still over heated, so I replaced thermostat,the water pump.It still over heated so i did a head gasket test.( this is where the next door neighbor  put something in the engine? to see if the blue color turned green?) it only turned light blue after 1/2 hour) so now what?

I have no idea as to what your neighbor did.

All this parts changing and I saw no mention about the radiator fan. It's easy to check. Just put hvac control into the defrost position and turn the ignition to ON (engine does not have to be running). Give it a minute or two and radiator fan should be blowing. If not, you may need a relay or a fan.

I don't know if that is the problem, but you did not mention it.
