Cadillac Repair: Cadillac, codes and removal of ignition switch, cadillac eldorado, auto parts store

Question
I've got a 89 Cadillac eldorado, the codes I'm receiving are, Codes E052 history, code B127 history, and code B552, ECM?   could you tell me what those codes mean and what do I got to do to correct the problems? Also My ignition tumblers are not catching and I can't turn off my car or start it, I got to take the cable off at the battery, how do you pull the ignition switch out and replace it,I can't put my key in it to shut it off, could you please help me with these issues

Answer
E052 history only means that battery power to the ECM computer was lost due to the battery being  disconnected.

B127 history means Your neutral starter safety switch on the transmission which tells the computer which gear PRND321 you have selected had an intermittent problem but is now working OK.

B552 history only means that battery power to the BCM computer was lost due to the battery being  disconnected.

As to the ignition switch, Purchase some powdered graphite from any auto parts store and spray it in the lock cylinder and GENTLY work the key back and forth in the lock cylinder to see if it frees up the tumblers.

If NOT, You will need to replace the ignition lock cylinder and you can get all the pictures and instructions on how to do it by e-mailing: onlineautohelp@msn.com
