Cadillac Repair: Anti-Theft System on my 1990 Cadillac Brougham, cadillac brougham, relay switch

I have a 1990 Cadillac Brougham, that i am trying to locate the anti-theft system box, or the relay switch for it...or the power supply for it, doesn't really matter....
I just need to turn it off, can you help me..???

I don't have manuals that old and you won't find them at dealers. The module should be under the dash, however if you disconnect it or disable it, what else are you going to disable? Your headlights, your horn etc.?

The problem that you have is very common in which you have a factory alarm that is giving you problems that is built into many different circuits of the vehicle. Its not like an after market alarm where you can just remove it.

This was planned obselesence on the part of the manufacturer. The only place you could get it fixed was the dealer and that was only for five years.

Try going to Ebay or Craig's list to see if you can get a 1990 factory electrical service manual for your car.

Without the information in the service manual, you are going to have nothing but problems.
