Cadillac Repair: Cadillac transmission problem, torque converter clutch, torque converter clutch solenoid

I have a 94 Cadillac Concours Deville with 33,000 miles. After driving for approx. 200 miles the check engine soon lights. When the codes are read it shows code 39-torque converter, and convertor clutch error. After shutting the engine off, the light goes off and stays off for 10 or 15 miles and then comes back on.
