Cadillac Repair: 89 cadillac brougham, cadillac brougham, dash area

Question
When I turn my defroster and heater on no air comes out of the defrost vents or regular vents air only comes out of the lower vents located just under the middle dash area. This just started doing this recently please help me I am clueless.

You have either a loss of vacuum or a fault in the A/C-Heater Programmer.


If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
