Cadillac Repair: 86 eldorado system problem on computer, shift indicator, brake booster

My 86 eldorado computer says "system problem" and the gear selectors are all showing at the same time (P R N D 1 2 3 ) what gives? thanx!!

You need to test and most likely replace the shift indicator switch n top of the transmission under the brake booster.

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
