Cadillac Repair: all digital info in the car isnt working, cadillac eldorado, speed info

Hi, my name is evan, i have a 1987 cadillac eldorado. The past few weeks the whole digital setup in the car has not been working. It blinks on and off, But has no speed info, date etc... the car has been in my family ever since it was bought, and i dont want to get rid of it. So how do i fix this problem?

If you are mechanicaly inclined or know of someone who is, You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
