Cadillac Repair: RE: Dashboard electronics, electronic climate control, trip mileage

My electronics is not functioning. "Service Engine Light" is on, "Service Vehicle
Light" is on. When driving, lights flicker, the sets to condtion 2. Condition 2 I
describe as: The "Fuel Data Center" module is not working, "Fuel in Tank" is
not working and "Electronic Climate Control" is not working. Only the "C'
shows up in the Fuel in Tank" and in the "Electronic Climate Control" just
above the windshield defrost button. The oddmeter, trip mileage and MPH is
working. Once I got a "d" where the "c" had been.
THe dashboard starts to look normal and the AC tries to change the air.
(Baffles are closing or opening) THe FAN is always on.
Question. How do I solve this problem. Just had a NEW battery installed.
Can you help me?

You have a fault in the BCM computer. You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
