Cadillac Repair: Fuse Box Location, fuse box, blower fan

My 1986 Cadillac SS Victoria Hearse heater runs all the time. Where is the fuse box to disconnect it or what is the procedure to fix it myself?

Are you saying that the blower fan for the AC and heater vents is always operational even with the ignition key OFF ?.

You will need simple electrical schematics, Test procedures and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.
