RV Repair: 2001 fleetwood travle trailer, amp plug, travle

Question
i have 120 volts at pole in campground but no power at main breaker when plugged into the 30 amp plug no power at all in trailer, does that main power line run under the camper or through walls,checked amps with tester along cord going into camper just not sure wire routing

Dave, Usually the power cord goes right to the panel. You can check this by pulling the cover plate off the panel and checking if the wires are there. If they are and you have no power then it must be in the cord, either the plug end is bad or a break in the cord somewhere. Make sure that you haven't dropped neutral and that there is not a junction box that they put in before the panel. It is usually pretty easy to tell how they ran the wires by looking in the compartment where the wires go into to see if it is near the panel and if there is a junction box.
