Cadillac Repair: 92 deville, silver box, o2 sensor

QUESTION: i have a 92 deville only 42k miles runs great but the fuel data center doesent work sometimes so i cant see what codes are comming up.the last time it worked these codes came up in this order 15,16,22,31,52,65,73,74 then 7.0 i tried to replace the silver box behind the glove box the nothing happened when i pluged in the new one. the problem is when it idles it will rev up and down up and down. i cleaned the carb and it ran fine for a day. then it did the same thing i looked in the carb and it was really black like its burning in there. should i replace the o2 sensor or the map sensor or the mat sensor. i also just gave the car a tune up replaced all wires and plugs purrs like new when running right.

ANSWER: Clean out the carb of all of that black residue and then CLEAR (erase) ALL the codes from the computer.

Replace the COOLANT SENSOR.
