Cadillac Repair: 98 cadillac deville turn signal, cadillac deville, hazard lights

I have a 98 Deville and the turn signals don't work. The hazard lights do work. When you push the signal arm up or down it may flash once or not at all. Please help

Replace the turn signal flasher located under the dash along side of the steering column on a small bracket all by itself. Look HARD, It's there. If you find the one you THINK it is, Unplug it and see if your hazards still work, If they DO, You found the turn signal flasher.
