Cadillac Repair: 1991 Cadillac Deville Air Comditioning Staying On, electrical schematics, cadillac deville

Hello
   I have a 1991 Cadillac Deville.  I went to shut the motor off one day and the air conditioning fan blower kept running.  I unhooked battery for a day thinking I could reset air conditioning unit.  No such luck.  Fan motor is still running.  
   Have you heard of this problem before?  Or does it sound like I've got some wires melted together.

You need to test and replace the POWER MODULE and possibly the A/C-Heater programmer. You will need, If necessary, Electrical schematics and picture locations of the components within the system that is causing you problems of which can't be done on this website which only allows one picture.  I do not have a website so you will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com in order to obtain the information.
