Cadillac Repair: 1999 cadillac sts hard to crank problem, cadillac sts, cranks

i am having trouble with starting my Cadillac at times it cranks right up at times i have to keep turning my key for maybe about 8-10 seconds for it to start.on a early morning first time crank it starts right up with no problem.but if i drive it for a while then park it for say 10-20 mins or longer it has a hard time cranking right back up.it cranks like i say after holding the key down for 8-10 seconds.could you please help me?

When this fault occurs you need to physically check to see if you are getting spark to the spark plugs as you are trying to start the engine. If you are getting spark, try spraying a small amount of stsrting fluid into the air cleaner to see if the engine tries to run and let me know.
