Cadillac Repair: 99 deville electrical problem, time delay relay, ground circuits

QUESTION: i have a 1999 cadillac deville. the battery went dead. i put a charger on it and i had a feedback noise coming out of the speakers. took it to cadillac and had the charging system checked it was ok but i had battery replaced. a few days later the alarm went off for no reason. the battery went dead. gharged it same feedback from speakers. next day put key in ignition the fuel door and trunk popped open. one day the radio did not turn off after i opened the door. one day i rolled the drivers window button down and along with the window the seat stated moving around. the battery keeps going dead. no driving problems. each time i connect the the negative cable after 1st connecting the positve i get an arch on the negative cable. have to disconnect batteryb to charge due to feedback noise coming from speakers. i am lost. please help. sorry for long question. thanks.

ANSWER: Is the factory radio still in the car or has it been replaced by a generic ?.

Has there been ANY kind of work performed on the vehicle in any aspect what-so-ever ?.

This is NOT going to be very easy to find. The most common faults are:

Faulty ground circuits BLACK wires that ground to the body under the rear seats.

Faulty RAP relay.

Faulty accessory time delay relay.

Faulty controlled power relay.

Faulty drivers door jamb switch.

This is going to take someone with a great deal of electrical knowledge to find this fault.
