Towing Issues: Towing Damage - Legal Options, tow company, hotel lot

My car was towed from a Hotel parking area. When I picked it up there was visible damage. Should I sue the Hotel or its Towing company, or both?

hopefully someone did not hit the vehicle while it was parked in the hotel lot before it was towed... It would be bad to blame the tow company for pre existing damage..

But if you think that the tow company did the damage then I would contact them about it...  They would be the ones that would make good on it hopefully..
