Cadillac Repair: 2000 Cadillac Deville dead battery, cadillac deville, corrosion problem

I've not started the car in 3 weeks and today the batter is dead.  I've been trying to charge it for over an hour.  I still have not light, no electricity and no horn.  Can you help me try to get it started?

Either the battery is so DEAD that it will not take a charge and or you have a corrosion problem at the positive battery cable where it ties into all the circuits for the vehicles entire electrical system. Did you check for battery voltage at the starter ?.
