91 cadillac diville when in drive trans wont go into low gear??? help please. only codes are 30 idle speed motor, and under ABS 37 left rear speed sensor, 61 pump motot test problem.

The code 30 is not to hard to fix. It is usually caused by stripped plastic gears in the motor which needs to be replaced and adjusted.

The ABS codes require more complex testing which usually requires a scanner and a pin-out box, But depending upon your mechanical capabilities, you can work around these to items using a volt/ohm meter.
