Cadillac Repair: converter lockup, tcc solenoid, brake light switch

I get code PO-039 which is converter lockup problem,had transmission mechanic check with scan tool he came up with an open brake switch   I changed the brake light switch and the tcc switch still get the same code is there.

Did you change the correct switch and test the new switch. I can refer you to someone who can provide numerous electrical schematics showing you where to test and how to test the TCC release switch ant the brake and the transmission to verify that battery voltage is working OK to the trans and the fault is most likely the TCC solenoid in the transmission where you will receive a picture location and procedure to replace it.
