A/c clutch is frozen. I'm not able to turn it after removing the serpentine belt. On this particular model can the clutch be replace without removing the A/C compressor from the car?

When you say the clutch is frozen, do you mean the center piece (the actual clutch) or the outer piece (the pulley)?
The reason I ask is that the clutch is keyed directly to the compressor main shaft, so if it will not turn but the pulley does, the compressor is seized.
