can i change a 1995 chrysler concorde power steering pump pulley with out the removal tool

Hi Bill,
It appears, according to the '94 manual, that the tool is needed to avoid damage to pump trying a brute force approach. It is listed as a C-4333 Miller tool. You also have to consider the need for a spacer depending upon replacement parts you are doing and it too has to be installed carefully with a P-4063 too. Let me know if you want the details. Different number tools are specified in the '98 manual but I think if changes were made it is after '95, but verify.
