Cadillac Repair: service engine soon light stays on, r 134 freon, cadillac sedan deville

Question
i own a 93 cadillac sedan deville with 112,000 miles... the "ses" light has been on steady for 3 days... i just retrieved the error codes,& they read as follows:.8.8.8 then "e" then e30 then e85 then e98 then "ee" then e85 then "f" then f46 and finally .7.0      any & all help would greatly be appreciated, thanks, billy

Answer
The E codes are history codes whereas a fault was detected but fixed itself.

The EE codes are CURRENT codes which means that the fault is always present.

EE85 = Throttle body service required which involves removal of the throttle body and clean it inside.

FF46 = You have a very low freon charge in the AC system and or you changed the freon from R-12 to R-134. The ONLY way to fix this code is to recharge the system with R-12 as the sensors for the AC system are NOT compatable with R-134 freon.

.7.0 is just telling you that you are at the end of the fault codes.
