Cadillac Repair: heater, heat situation, repair warranty

Heater will not blow hot air,I took my car to chevrolet dealer tech's the car was treated for a faulty heater door after i come home the car still has that problem of not heating.

There's several things that can cause a no-heat situation, but before digging into it, absolutely, the first thing you should do is take the car back to the dealer. You paid for a repair that hasn't fixed the car. You have a repair warranty.
