My problem has to do with dual zone heat. The passenger side blows strong heat while the drivers side blows cold air. Cold air also blows out through the back of the console eliminating heat to the back of the car. Also the drivers side airflow is not as strong (has always been that way even when I had heat). It seems to have happened after using the air conditioning but that could be a mere coincident. I took the panels out from underneath the dashboard but I don't know what to do. Can you help me with this situation because I am at a financial low right now due to an ongoing divorce. This car has a Northern Star Motor.

There are seperate electrical actuators that control the drivers side and the passengers side of the haet/AC system. One of the actuators is not working properly and requires a scanner unit capable of over riding the actuator commands to determine which actuator is at fault.
