Have the code for Throttle Angle too high.   Replaced TPS and mechanic tried a new ICS motor.   Same symptoms and still running the same code.  What other options do we have?  Car idles way too high and won't de-accelerate when foot is off the gas.

You need to clean the blackish residue surrounding the throttle plate area as it is preventing the throttle plate from closing all the way.
