Cadillac Repair: 1995 deville a/c not working, switch problem, blower motor

i purchased a 1995 sedan  deville 85,000 miles  when i go to turn on the ac no air comes out but i here it trying also the compress in the motor compartment is working it cold at first the dash board computer said switch problem but went out could it be the blower motor , i can,at find the module with the 3 prong wire in it only has a plate on top of the blower box about ins away from the blower has only 3 screws in it when i took it off there was nothing there can you help thanks in advance mark

CAN you hear the blower motor working ?. If you can hear and or feel any air coming out of any of the vents inside the car your problem is NOT the blower motor but more likely the programmer.
