Cadillac Repair: 96 deville codes, electrical schematics, rear position

Question
I have tried to clear codes from what i have learned from other peoples q&a. My service ride control has been on since i bought the car 2 years ago. Traction and abs have been on for about a month. Current codes are ac1311, tc0061, and rs0062. There are still some history codes that i cant seem to get rid of. I had my ac recharged a few weeks ago and my blower hasn't worked since. A lot to ask but if you can help with anything it would be appreciatied.

AC1311 = outside temperature sensor short.

TC0061 = TRaction control pump motor or circuit fault.

rs0062 = Left rear position sensor fault in your RIDE CONTROL SYSTEM.

You need to test the AC1311 code via pictures and electrical schematics and simple test procedures and then CLEAR the code from the computer and your AXC will work again.
