Cadillac Repair: 1994 seville sts hesitates, cadillac seville sts, fuel pressure gage

my 1994 cadillac seville sts 4.6 , when at idle the will almost die out the will rev up,,also when driving at normal speeds will do the same thing,intermittently,have had in in the shop three times,once the computer was replaced ,then the electronic control module,idle sensor,and even the starter,,still nothing,they said everything checks out. seems it does it more on hills and turns

Put a fuel pressure gage on the fuel line and tape it to the outside of the windshield and drive the car and try and duplicate the problem and see if the fuel pressure drops. If it does, replace the fuel pump in the fuel tank.

QUESTION: does this same fault happen when the fuel tank is FULL ?. If it does NOT, replace the fuel pump and the rubber connector hose that comes with the fuel pump.
