Cadillac Repair: Turn Signals, turn signal flasher, emergency flasher

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1994 Cadillac Deville 4.9 liter and I have problems when I engage the right turn signal. It flashes very rapidly, not like the left one. I changed the light bulbs in the back light section and the front right section but it did not help. What causes this problem.
ANSWER: Turn ON your EMERGENCY FLASHERS and compare the intensity of the right side front and back light bulbs and see if the left side is brighter or dimmer.

QUESTION: The emergency flahsers work, they flash, but the left side emergency flasher is brighter. Also I noticed that the left emergency flasher does not light up completely, I mean the top portion of the light is not lighted at all, like the left one, it lights up top to bottom. Any idea.
ANSWER: Now go back to the turn signal flasher and engage both sides and see which one is incorrect and recheck your bulbs.

QUESTION: I changed the two bulbs on each rear light assembly and still have the same problem; the right turn signal still flashes rapidly. I changed the fuse also. Any other suggestions.

Answer
There has got to be something wrong with one of the bulbs and or you might have a ground circuit problem at either tail light. Check the BLACK wire at each lamp assembly and make sure that the black wire has a good ground.

I wish I could personally see this simple problem but it is just so hard to image it in my head.
