where is the stater located because i cant seem to find it or where can i get a blowup of the motor so i can actually see it

On northstarts you most likely can not service the starter yourself, you must remove way too many components for a home mechanic to piece back together. If its a ht-4900, you must remove the belt, water pump, and timing chain cover to access the starter. A haynes book or similair replair manual is your best investment if your gonna do this yourself.
