Po 17
No IPC
No APC
No SIR
NO TCS

SO 15,16,17,36,44,50,60,61 it says history next to all of them though.

can you tell me what this means?

Answer
PO17 = Front oxygen sensor not ready.

replace the front oxygen sensor that has these color wires:

brown
Tan
purple
Black/White

as for the SO codes you need to CLEAR these codes out of the system via:

Re-eneter diagnostics and when you see PCM, Push and release the LO button until you see RSS. Then push and release the HI button until you see RSS DATA. Press and release the LO button until you see RSS CLEAR CODES. push and release the HI button and you will see RSS CODES CLEAR. Wait 15 seconds and then press the AUTO button. This should clear all your SO codes.
