Hi Felicia,

        Basically what it means is there is a problem with the suspension. It could mean that one of the struts isn't able to switch from firm to soft to firm or a height sensor is out calbration and needs to get replaced. Most times it means that you will need to replace a strut.

        What needs to be done is see what codes are stored and that will lead to the fix. At this point the vehicle is still safe to drive but it would be a good idea to find out what the codes are.
