Cadillac Repair: AC Blower Fan Quit!, cadillac eldorado, c programmer

Thank you for your response.  There are three wires to the blower motor.  Red and Black are the same size, and a Green w/Brown stripe (smaller gauge than the other two wires.  Don't know if this makes any difference, but this car was made in the US for export to Canada.

Question -
The AC Blower Fan suddenly stopped working.  All fuses, maxi fuses and relays seem to be good.  Blower motor has power to it.  Rocker swith on dash shows all settings working on display.  No indication of problem prior - no unusual sounds or smells. AC is working, compressor is kicking in and cold, but no fan.  (95 Cadillac Eldorado, Northstar)  Got any clues?   Thank you for your help.

In most cases the fault is the blower motor itself.

HOWEVER, It could be the HEATER and A/C PROGRAMMER (ACP).

You need PICTURES and directives in order to perform some test procedures to find the exact cause.
