Cadillac Repair: traction light display, electrical schematics, service man

1997 Cadillac De Ville Eng:4.6 liter V8 MFI
08-31-05 was repaired at dealership when Traction Control light stayed
on. part# 88991020 gear replaced and adjusted Front Alignment 6199 CPC 5.00 and part#89021184 fluid added,$832.40 repair cost.The Service Man said that if it happens again the sensor to traction will need to be replaced.
Today Traction Control and (ABS) light up while getting out of my driveway,is the sensor the problem?
