Cadillac Repair: what are these codes, electrical schematics, cadillac sedan deville

i have a 1991 cadillac sedan deville and my service vehicle light stays on i check for codes and the codes are ee 27 and ee 90 can you tell me what they are and can i do the repairs myself  

Answer
EE27 = Open throttle switch.

EE90 = VCC brake input problem.
