Cadillac Repair: AIR CONDITIONING, vacuum switch, cadillac deville

1994 CADILLAC DEVILLE 4.9 ENGINE   MY AIR CONDITIONER VENTS CLOSE BUT THE BLOWER MOTOR IS STILL RUNNING.   WHAT CAUSES THIS?   THANKS

Could be lose of vacuum to the programmer. Could be a vent door vacuum switch problem.
