Cadillac Repair: a/c blower moter and fan moter, cadillac seville, 1992 cadillac seville

Question
I have a 1992 cadillac seville, 4.9 liter engine. I took it to the shop to get the ac charged because it was blowing hot.  they told me it needed a new blower moter.  Since then, I have found that the fan is not working either. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but, I am thinking that the two moters may be on the relay switch.  What should I try first?

fan relay.
a sensor.
a faulty fan.
