Question -
92 Eldorado 4.9 liter
About 75% of the time I start out, the speedometer will not move. When this happens, the transmission will not shift either unless over 3500 rpm.  Sometimes everything works perfect but that is only 25% of the time.  The codes I am getting are:
E024, E052, E075 and E091.
Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Answer -
OK, What you need to do now is to CLEAR all the codes and then re-enter into diagnostics and see which codes reappear.

Also identify which codes end with a letter "C" or "H".

Answer
E024 = VSS circuit problem.

E075 = intermittent VSS signal

You have a problem with either the:

PCM (computer)
VSS speed sensor
open ground circuit.
wire circuit shorted to ground.
