Thank you for answering the questions so thus far.  I followed the instructions and these are the codes that appear in sequential order: P043 (history, P137 (history), I032 (current), NO ACP codes, NO SIR codes, NO TCS Data, NO RSS codes, and PCM?

I will wait for the response.

1995 Cadillac Eldorado; V8 Engine

What do the following codes mean:  P030 History, P038 History, P043 Current, P046 History, P052 History, P074 History, P109 History, P137 History, I027 History, I032 History, I052 History, NO ACP Codes, NO SIR Codes, T072 History, T073 Current, T027 Current, NO RSS Codes and PCM?

Also, what causes the vehicle to vibrate when idle, increase speed hesitancy when pressing the accelerator, and increasing speed when the accelerator is not being pressed?

Why is it that the car never starts on the first crank attempt and always on the second attempt?
Also, the service engine soon light comes on frequently.

Whereas my driving distance has not changed, the miles per gallon has.  Before the idle/vibrating problems began, I was able to do my weekly routine on a full tank of gas, now I fill up 2 times per week.

Most recent repairs done were harness replacement, fuel filter, and spark plugs.
