Cadillac Repair: No A/C, vacuum line, vacuum leak

I have a 1995 sedan deville (4.9L V8-300). I recently had the transmission rebuilt and it came back with no air flow from the vents.(i also had the AC recharged a few months prior) When i turn on the AC i can hear everything open up in the ducts like normal, but there is no airflow at all. Ive been told it was the blower motor not pushing the cold air through the vent. Can you help me?

Can you hear or feel air from anywhere in the dash ?. Does the fan motor operate ?.

Usually what happens is that a vacuum line gets left off and although the fan is heard or felt running a vacuum leak due to a broken vacuum line on the engine will not allow the air thru the proper vents.
