Cadillac Repair: Water on the floor and fogs lamp dont work, fog lamps, rubber hose

Question
Why everytime it rains water is on the passenger side floor in a puddle, where is it coming from and how can i fix it and how much does it apx cost?


My fog lamps isnt working the bulbs is alright but someone told me it was the wires what can i do and can it be done by myself?

Answer
The rubber hose drain that sticks out of the firewall in back of the engine is plugged up. Take a straw and climb under the vehicle, Locate this small hose and stick the straw up injside and the water and crud will drain out.
