Cadillac Repair: 81 dash pad removal, cadillac hearse, factory speakers

I'm trying to remove the dash pad in my 1981 Cadillac hearse to replace the factory speakers. I found a screw in each end, and two in each defroster vent, but it seems to still be attached. I have removed the gauge cluster, glovebox and radio, but can't find what's holding it in. Help!!!! Thanx.

Hi,Bill

 There are screws located behind each of the dash vents/deflectors,you will need to remove the vents/deflectors,be carefull they are brittle,remove them by using a small screwdriver,and locate the tabs on each side of the vent,pry a little inward on the tabs while pulling outward.if you need more help let me know,Thanks.
