Cadillac Repair: a/c, vacuum hoses, autohelp

hi i have a 96 fleetwood which went to the body shop for some front end work when i dropped it off radiator was busted due to accident. a/c worked fine extremely cold now that i've got it back the a/c blows and the can like thing that has the freon gets real cold, but only some kind of cool air comes out. whats wrong? can you help?

Does the can type thing actually freeze up ?. If you turn ON the A/C and put it on LOW BLOWER SPEED does the compressor turn ON and OFF after several timse (cycle).

Look around in the area where work was performed for vacuum hoses or electrical wires left unconnected.
